SENDING(PARCELS)
- The Association Khatucai, it(he,she) assumes the whole responsibility in case of any mistake or damage(flaw) taking place(being produced) in the delivery of the product. RETURNS
-Will return the products To Themselves in the case that they come in defective condition(state) for the trip, or the client is not satisfied, we request him put in touch with us as soon as possible, in order to remedy the above mentioned situation as soon as possible, by means of e-mail to estheralvago@hotmail.com or contacting across the form of contact of this page, indicating in the matter: " Pedido Tienda ".You will have to to need(specify) which is the problem that has with the product and if it(he,she) wants to change it into equal other one, into different other one, etc or if You want to receive the amount spent(consumed) in the above mentioned product. |
A) Possible cases of return:
1. PRODUCT DEFECTIVE or damaged during his(her,your) sending(parcel). - We will take charge of the expenses of return of the above mentioned product, always and when this one is returned in its entirety. In case of wanting the same product or other one, we will send it without any cost for You. It is very important that it informs us in case of receiving the torn(broken) product, during the transport.
2. RETURN ON THE PART OF THE CLIENT: - In case of wanting to return his(her,your) pedio for other foreign circumstances, it(he,she) will be able to return the products taking charge of the postage and handling, before 7 days stipulated in the Law and assuring that the product is in perfect conditions and with his(her,your) original packing.
3. NOT RECEIPT OF THE ORDER(REQUEST): - In case of not having received the order(request), once sent, and bearing in mind that does not exist any type of incident, You will have right to demand a compensation of the postage and handling, satisfied previously. In case of his(her,your) order(request) not having been sent, simply it will have to inform us about his(her,your) intention of cancelling or modifying the above mentioned order(request), without any cost for You.

B) IMPORTANTLY

- The prices indicated in our shop are valid for the whole Spain and include IVA, packing and sending(parcel).
In case of payment for transfer the delivery time will begin from the receipt in our bank account of the transfer / revenue corresponding to the payment of his(her,your) order(request) and in the moment to receive the bank voucher of the revenue to have realized route e-mail or by means of FAX.
